At Sun Fusion Australia, we’re committed to delivering your solar, battery, and EV charging products safely and on time, wherever you are in Australia.


1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship Australia-wide for all retail products purchased online through our store.

  • For remote or regional areas, additional delivery time may apply.


2. Processing & Dispatch Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.


3. Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available) for urgent orders.

  • Large items such as solar panels and batteries may require pallet or freight shipping; we’ll provide delivery updates and any special instructions if needed.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, size, and delivery location.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our newsletter to stay updated.


5. Delivery Issues & Damages

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your items arrive damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at hello@sunfusion.com.au.

  • We’ll work quickly to resolve any delivery issues in line with Australian Consumer Law.


6. Installation Deliveries

  • For customers booking installation services, our team will coordinate delivery and installation dates to suit your schedule.

  • Any special delivery requirements for installation equipment will be communicated ahead of time.
